Village Hall Solar Project

Green Wedmore's big project in 2018 was to raise money to install a solar PV array and Tesla Powerwall in our fantastic Village Hall so we can generate more green energy and save the hall a stack of money for many years to come.

After a massive effort from everyone and thanks to a lot of help from Wedmore Community Solar Co-Op, Viridor, Martin Stanley, Next Energy and plenty of individual donors we reached our fundraising target and the kit was installed.
