Green Wedmore has been following the ZCBritain project that was the brain child of the Centre of Alternative Technology it is this work that inspired us to fundraise in 2018 to produce our comprehensive and detailed ZC Report for our own village. 
 

In 2019 we launched our ZC report as an event we put on at the church and delighted to Welcome Paul Allen from CAT to this event.  From that date we have focussed our attentions on the 6 main sub groups which will help us achieve our ZC goals.  The sub groups are:

• Energy

• Food

• Transport

• Wellbeing

• Housing

• Carbon and Nature
   

Much work continues with these groups in between our meetings so we save the meeting time for updates.  Please get in touch if you would like more information or would like to be involved – everyone is welcome!
